Getting temperature under control
The Vitavia thermometers measure the temperature in the greenhouse precisely allowing decent temperature control. While the standard thermometer measures the temperature of the air, the soil thermometer measures the temperature of the soil: The ground temperature can be continuously displayed. The soil thermometer is used to determine whether the soil is ready for planting, e.g. tomatoes require 15, cucumbers 18 Degrees. The Min/Max Thermometer additionally displays the current temperature and also indicates the lowest and highest temperatures reached since the last manual reset (range: -50 to + 50 ° C).
